I am trying to figure out how this answer could be B. In my practice I chose A because of the word "immediately" but I was debating between A and D. The exam and these practice questions heavily use the word "First" to dictate correct answer selection.
How can the correct answer about what to do FIRST in meeting with an argument be not engaging with the parties and instead pulling up outlook to schedule two meetings?
