Finally got my Ali-Express Over Axle Pipes Delivered! I was at a graduation since 8am and it’s 11 hours later so I’m going to open later tonight when I’m excited and in the mood….

I’ll post lots of Pictures to show the quality. I pray there aren’t any issues. As Long as they don’t leak, they will be fine. I’m not too worried about it!

So now I have my Cargraphics 2 function exhaust valve controller from Germany. 🇩🇪 through Flat6 MS.

Wheel spacers last week and these OAP’s today. Some may have followed and know the story but after I get my rattle fixed, I will come back and schedule an appointment to have my Porsche Dealer install all 3 of these Mods free😁

I was going to have a well known Indy shop do the installs as Porsche I knew would be overly expensive. so it wasn’t even on the list of options. But now that Porsche is doing everything, it gives me more confidence and peace of mind that my car will be taken care of. At least I hope as some dealers out there are idiots.

I’m not planning on doing anything else to my 2025 718 SB GTS and these should make me happy and content for the rest of the year. 😎

The Cargraphics Valve Controller I got only requires the engine cover to be removed (which is somewhat a pain). However, after it’s removed they just plug in a few connections in a single location. It’s not rocket science. They should be good at getting the engine cover off as they do this every day 😂

I’ll Program the 2 buttons on my FOB to my available 2 Home-Link buttons so I don’t have to deal with a key fob! I’ll just leave it in glovebox for emergencies.

Spacers are fast and easy and I I think they already take off the 2 rear tires to install the OAP’s. All they need to do is slip them on mine came with good quality longer length bolts. Did 10mm front and 15mm rear.

Long story short. New 718 GTS 4.0 I ordered and picked up November and now it has 3,500 miles.

Developed a rattle in rear passenger storage cubby which happens with vibration at a certain rpm or frequency. Usually when the engine is revving. Doesn’t happen in Comfort Mode cruising 60 mph on an open road or freeway.

To make RATTLE happen:

In SPORTS + drive normal 50 mph, manually drop down gear so rpm are at 3,000 rpm’s. Now Blip or Tap the gas pedal over and over so rpm’s fluctuate between 3,000 and 4,500 rpm’s.

This is a brand new car. This has been happening the last 3 months. Brought to dealer March and said it was fixed. Picked up, rattles right away. Same thing. 2nd and 3rd trip.

How it's impacted Me (and there is definitely a real cost from this):

-Been back and forth to dealer 6 times in last 60 days
-Drove 240 miles dropping off and picking up my car
-Took off work multiple to mess with this several times
-75 miles on my car test driving and fixed nothing!
-I could go on and on!!

OK let’s wrap this up! Had scheduled meeting with a Director at Dealer this morning and lasted 30 minutes and I shared my frustration and lack of any results. I will bring in car in a few days for a 4th time and I think now that this has been assigned personally to the head Forman. It will be fixed.

What about my Proposed Deal???

At the end of meeting I said I know something you can do to help compensate me for everything I’ve been through and the waste of time, money, energy. on a brand new car! I said I don’t want any MONEY!!

I told them I have (3) Mods ordered.

1. OAP’s

2. Cargraphics 2 Button Valve Controller

3. A Set of front and rear wheel spacers (after much research..10mm front and 15mm rear)

I proposed they do the install off all my mods for Free! Since they wasted so much of my time and technically money from me messing with this for MONTHS! They happily agreed and I thanked them for listening to me and for stepping up!

Plus these mods will allow me to end this nightmare on a positive note as I drive out of dealer with a new car!

The best thing for me is now I have Porsche doing the install so there won’t be any warranty issues. I would not have used my Porsche Dealer to install any of these mods because they are too expensive.

Anyway, that’s my story guys. What do you think?

After Research I was between these two:

8mm / 15mm

10mm/15mm

***I ended up with 10mm/15mm and comes with all new Lugs!

Added Pic of Before & After of Gray Porsche (not mine) who added 7mm Front & 15mm Rear.

The Gray Porsche pic of 7mm in front looks like it sticks out of wheel well, but it doesn’t, it’s just the angle.

I also called 4spacers for guidance for Fronts? He told me they usually will suggest 8/15, but, he said if it was his car, he’d do 10mm in front. Shark Blue GTS is mine now for reference.
