Does the other side of the street have to stop?
Is it state by state? A norm/tradition or what's going on. I cant seem to find a concrete answer on this anywhere. These buses are equipped with the ticket cameras. This road has 5 lanes and center divide in sections.
Sorry I thought I out it. Yes it is Florida.
Im seeing 50/50 right now. Yes its a divided street with a median the bus happened to stop in the entryway to a community.
So seems like the debate now is does the intersection force the other side to stop. I cant find it in the FL handbook. It just talks about the median not a break in it.
