What career path test is actually worth taking?

I’ve tried a few online and most of them feel either way too generic or clearly made for high school students. I’m looking for something that’s actually useful for someone already working full time. Any recco?

I still care about the students. That part hasn't changed. What's changed is everything around it. The admin, the paperwork, the parents treating me like customer service, the feeling that I'm being managed by people who haven't been in a classroom in 15 years. I think about leaving constantly but I can't picture what I'd even do. Teaching is my whole identity at this point. Every job board makes me feel like I'd be starting over at zero.
