I’m looking for a classroom or small commercial space available on an hourly or part-time rental basis around Ghodbunder Road (Thane).

Requirements:

Suitable for coaching classes

Basic seating/benches preferred

Whiteboard/projector is a plus

Clean and well-ventilated space

Open to:

Schools/colleges after hours

Tuition centers with shared space

Co-working spaces or small halls
