Working on an HTC TouchFLO 3D inspired launcher
Currently in very early development. Have ordered an HTC Touch Pro 2 for reference, development will speed up significantly once it's in my hands.
(Alpine is still very much being supported, I just needed a small break from ios 6)
COVER VIEW ADDED TO ALPINE LAUNCHER
Added a "coverflow" like feature to the Music app. Simply turn your phone to landscape to access it.
Tapping the middle cover plays and pauses, double tapping opens the queue, swiping up on the middle brings you back to the album carousel.
Added the Music app to Alpine Launcher!
Finally got around to doing this. Designed it after the Music app on ios 6, feel like I did a pretty bang up job of recreating the feeling. Going to add a coverflow lookalike to the next update.
Just published the Iris update for Alpine Launcher. This update removes the local LLM AI model in favor of a simple intent recognition model. Is WAY faster than an LLM, and feels much more similar to the way Siri acted on iOS 6. To learn what she can do, simply ask her! Doing my very best to push skeuomorphic design in as many places as I possibly can as well!

For those of you who missed out on the free codes last time, here are a few more. (I will not post more codes once all these codes are redeemed, so be quick)

(EDIT: Promo codes all got activated quicker than expected. I've swapped them out with new ones)
Alpine Launcher aims to bring the look and feel of late 2000s smartphones back in your hands. It features skeuomorphic design in it's UI, and has a "Classic" mode, bringing back the phone bezels we all miss. It currently supports the use of custom icon packs, and individual icon customization is on the horizon as well.
On top of having a cozy skeuomorphic design, the launcher also introduces your very own local mobile assistant, Iris. Currently Iris is not useful for much (only supporting simple conversation and weather information), but that is set to change in HOPEFULLY the near future, moving away from a compact LLM, to a simpler intent recognition model (making it a little dumber conversationally, but much more reliable and flexible).
For search, the launcher includes what I like to call Limelight. Limelight lets you search both your app library, and all of your current unread notifications all in one place, giving you an all in one stop for search. You can find Limelight by swiping left on your home screen.
I've got some questions about foldable support, and although it technically DOES work, I do not feel comfortable marketing it as supported. Currently the icon grid simply stretches horizontally on the wider display.

As a thank you for sticking along during it's development, I've decided to give out a few free codes. These can be redeemed inside the google play "redeem code" menu.

Typically the review process takes about a week, fingers crossed it passed without any issues! If the mods here will allow it, I'll make a post with the store link and some free install codes once it's ready!
