Requirement for reporting/testing for asbestos following a roof replacement
Does anyone know if a roof replacement should have required an asbestos inspection document to be filed due to the demolition of the roof?
I am looking to buy a home likely to have asbestos and do not see public record of an inspection despite a roof replacement recently. Does this mean material which was suspect was not present?
