Do different pellets REALLY matter?
Just a general question. I'm new to smoking, I started with a Traeger Pro 34, and from what I've read post purchase Traegers don't put out a ton of smoke compared to the high end guys. That being said, I'm super happy with the way all of my cooks have come out, but I'm curious....
Do different pellets REALLY have that much of an impact on flavor? I've used Traeger Signature blend for all my cooks, and no complaints at all.
