so i’m a freshman at CSULB right now transfering into USC (southern california) for Real Estate Development. My gpa after spring grades is a 3.4 and i’m currently a Pre Business Economics student. My reason for transfering is because i’ve been doing real estate work for the past 3 years and unfortunately my school doesn’t offer anything related to real estate whatsoever. I have internships both at Keller Williams and the oppenheim group being à LA native. I am apart of my schools business fraternity and i also am employed at CSULB’s office of economic development as a student worker in compliance. I will have 33 completed units at the time of finishing my first year. I also have a recommendation from my mentor who i work with at Keller Williams. And I have certifications in Bloomberg Marketplace concepts and a big one i’m proud of is NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association). I also commute 4 hours everyday, take my mom to chemo, and i pay for my family utility bills. I passed all the core classes like math, english, micro, macro, and financial accounting. USC really is a dream school so i hope someone can chance me! Thank you so much if you read it this far, i’m just a little nervous :(
