Why are the 2nd year blooms different?
I bought three bushes last spring, two Scentimental and one Firefighter. The blooms were amazing! This year the Scentimental are starting to bud but they're all red?! I'm not sure what's going on. I'm very new to gardening, so I was wondering if this was normal, and if the 'spatterpaint' blooms will reappear.
The first photo is last year, the second is the same bush this year.
