There's clearly an army of blinders yet either we only see tommy and the main family or mentally tommy just on his own wandering about trying to fight with others trying to kill him, like the mafia/ira for instance. I dont get where the rest of the peakys are to fight and protect them.
So I guess unlike others I ended up watching the series after I watched the movie, purely of course to fill in all the backstory.
Currently On season 5 and love the series but damn the plot and storyline just feels really messy. One minute tonmmy is nearly dead a 100s times then next scene the story goes back to being completely normal like nothing happened and everyone's back in business with no repercussions of the last scenes until perhaps 6 episodes later. Its like that everywhere. Now some might say its a fill the blanks in but for me just made it really confusing and annoying amongst them fact I think they over did the cigarettes and alcohol 😀
