Common utilities such as kitchen, automatic washing machine, fridge, water filter is already setup. The entire furniture and appliances are rented. Cook and maid are already in place.

Furlenco unlimited subscription (for beds, mattresses, washing machine, fridge, sofa, TV, coffee table dining table, water purifier and microwave): Approx INR 6845 per person for 3 months
Cook salary: INR 9000/- per month (for 2 people)
Maid salary: NR 5000/- per month (for 3 people)
