I am from punjab quota.in round 1 counseling I have got RAI.i thought I will get COE for sure but I missed it by 0.35.my score is 85.21 and for COE it is 85.56.meanwhile for RAI it is 78.8 & Enc is 74.4.What should I do.some are saying I will get COE in spot rounds or i should switch to ENC
