Which type of firm should i register for my factory to do exports?
Setting up a plant in unjha for psyllium processing. Factory already purchased construction is done. Machinery is being installed. Will be operational by june second week.
I wanted to ask which kind of firm should i register? I and my partner will be 50-50 in property and business.
Plan is to do exports and domestic bulk supply. Partner has 40years of experince in psyllium processing industry.
Targeting 15-40cr revenue in 2 years.
I wanted to ask what kind of firm should we register? LLP or general partnership given we will be having healthy revenue and exports.
