My family is watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and in S3E7 the villain wears the Glove of Myhnegon, which can’t be removed once put on. Buffy cuts off the gloved arm of the villain by throwing a piece of glass. It seems the arm was cut off through the humerus or at the shoulder joint.
