Lemon tree droppin leaves after watering

Hi all!

My lemon tree is driving me crazy. It's so dramatic about everything!

I usually water it once the soil in the vase is completely dry. I water it untill I see water coming out from the bottom of the vase.

The tree is outside on a balcony facing south.

Last week it was a bit colder (14C-20C) and rainy, so I skipped a watering and the tree was drooping like crazy. I figured the rain wasn't enough to properly water it, but just to moist the upper layer of the soil.

So yesterday I watered it with fertilizer (it was 7 days since the last watering), the leaves recovered and happily pointed up.

But this morning I found a lot of leaves were dropped!

As you can see, some of the leaves were already yellow, but some looked healthy and green.

I don't understand how to take care of this tree, everything I do seems to make it drop leaves.

Can you help me understand what I'm doing wrong?
