I was at goodwill and got a few clowns! This one was the largest and I was really excited to bring him home and do a little work on him. He came in a box saying he was Wilbur D-19. The problem was the box seemed a little too small, and the little collector's catalog showed not only was he not Wilbur D-19, he wasn't any of the clowns for that catalog! I was hoping someone could help me figure out who he truly is. He is a wind up music doll but, I do not recognize the song either.
