I forgot the devil tattoo the first time i did it and for some reason I can’t get the bombs to explode now.
I’ve tried w. O. Using the jammer, using the jammer then pressing the detonator and using the jammer, waiting for the timer to run out, and then pressing the detonator. In all three runs buildings didn’t explode and i didn’t get vote to finish.

Anyone has similar issues and found a fix?

Update: completing „bring order to chaos“ b4 activating detonator gave me the ending although buildings still didn’t explode
