Hello! I’m your new dream tenant, or potential roommate around Cambridge up to $2,500/month. I’m a friendly, easy-going professional in my mid-30’s with great credit and an impeccable rental history. I work 9-5, M-F, in residential property management, so renting apartments is my business! I'm used to representing landlords and solving their problems, not making more.
I keep an orderly home, and usually leave things better than I find them. I enjoy socializing, helping others, exploring restaurants/events around the city, gaming, cooking large recipes (especially Mediterranean food), watching a lot of TV, live comedy, running, and hiking. I make an excellent cocktail and I’m 420 friendly, but would never smoke indoors or tolerate that from others. Separating from my wife and the two dogs, so no pets.
I am born and raised in the Midwest and currently work in Brookline, MA. I am hoping to find a new home in the Cambridge or Fenway areas, but flexible to more downtown Boston like Seaport.
