Taking my son to get Marsh & Stott autos (Phillies)- what should we get signed?
I plan to buy tickets so my ten year old son (he collects autographs and cards and stuff) can get autographs from stott and marsh from the Phillies. Not sure if we'll do just 1 or both (128$ per person plus auto and photo fee). What is the best item to get signed?
His goal is to build a collection and does like the idea of it being worth something someday maybe.

[landlord-usa-NJ]- can I turn on ring camera facing street ?
I am wondering if it is legal in NJ for landlords to have ring cameras for security of the home, as long as the ring camera is facing the street? And of course paid for by myself.
Our last tenant was subletting, and we have been at war with the HOA (rightfully so) and our property management company is saying they will not add ring camera to lease verbiage- however everywhere I search says NJ allows such a thing as long as it does not point inside the house.
