What is going on with the hours? I've been fortunate enough to be swinging from opt to opt for the last 3 months. Other PTFs and some CCAs that aren't on opts are starting at 10AM. We have consistent Regulars/T6s calling out. I'm having to double case and triple case 6 days out the week capping near 60 hours. I've asked my managers why aren't we calling the late starts in? These others are 1000% willing to come in and help and get hours. The managers say they can't/won't talk about it. We're going to hit a dryspell on opts. I've heard PTFs are guaranteed 40 hours a week before a CCA, is this true??? Do I work till 630 PM in order to get my time once I start at 10AM??? Thank you everyone in advance for any advice.
