I got a canon cp800 photo printer to replace my canon cp760 which had a broken ink gear. I plug my new printer in and says no ink which is no shock for 10-15 yo printer, but when pressing the eject it only moved about a half a centre (quarter inch ish) and I tried turning it off and on again
