Posting to raise awareness for other landlords in the UK regarding Millervale Ltd.

A family member engaged this letting agent for full property management. A tenancy was put in place, however no rent has been received and no proper accounting or statements have been provided. Communication has ceased despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter.

There are also unresolved issues relating to tenant details, deposit protection, and confirmation of landlord insurance.
