Took my first trip last Saturday. I deal with a lot of TRE (trauma release exercise) type stuff naturally—it can start out of nowhere, even in public. Sometimes I can control it, other times it's much harder.

During the peak of my trip, I started getting visuals of just… teeth. Back in September, I had a molar removed and was planning on getting a zirconia implant to help me chew better and maintain my facial structure.

Then an idea came to me: what if I could activate some ancient genes and just regrow the tooth?

My hands started pressing under my jaw, right in that area—doing things I've never done before. I released a ton of pressure in my head.

Later, I got to the beach and started doing this intricate dance, completely automatic. While dancing, I communicated with my body and told it I wanted to heal an old pain. I've had chronic pain in my upper right shoulder for over 20 years. I've done so much work on it, but it never fully went away.

During the dance (felt like a ballerina, lots of twirling), something strange started happening: my fingers would go to that painful area, almost pull out an invisible cord, wrap it around my arm, pull it out, and throw it away. Did this several times while twirling.

At the time, I didn't think much of it—just figured my body was doing its usual thing to release trauma.

Two days later, I realized the pain was just… gone.

I'm so used to tensing that area that I didn't even notice at first. No more pain. Just a dull ache, nothing like what I lived with for two decades. I could finally let go.

I also healed a lot of pressure that was in my skull, and I truly feel I might be able to regrow my lost tooth.

All because of that one trip. Has anyone gone through something similar?

BTW Wrote this using ai but every word is true.

So this will be my first time, we’ve booked a beach house at the coast with direct access to the ocean, we are 3 friends all going in but one of us said he tried it the first time in 2014 but doesn’t remember much about it as he was at a concert and it was all a blur. We don’t have a trip sitter at the moment but still debating whether to get one or not. I’m just curious if you can share any tips or advice for me before we jump into it. My main aim going into this is just to have fun and adventure, I don’t have a serious reason.
