Recently rear ended and booked for repairs.
Budget direct allows me free car hire when not at fault and I was given a link to book it but it doesnt have any EV options. Wondering if anyone who has experienced it before able to book an EV hire car while their car is being repaired? I called their car hire team they say they are not able to book it. Will call the claims team again to see if I can book the car hire myself.
