4 weeks post-op, scar is leaking pus (censored for leakage just in case)

Hi, reddit! I'm 4 weeks post op and I've been told by my doctor to massage my scars, so I did and one day when i was massaging them it kind of popped like a pimple and it started leaking pus... is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Ps: I applied betadine on top of it that's why its all orange
