TLDR: I'm looking to bring awareness to adoptable dogs in Gwinnett County through newsletter postings, but have found conflicting information on the process to do this with images. Are the images the shelter posts available to use for this purpose?

I've heard and found conflicting information regarding the policies of the animal shelter in Gwinnett County, such that you can't take images of the dogs within the shelter, which seems like an odd policy given that the more exposure these dogs get, the more likely they'll find owners.

Due to that policy, it seems my only option is to use the images the shelter puts out, but I believe those images are copyrighted. However, that seems to be the only option for bringing exposure to these dogs. Does anyone have experience with using these images, or know where I can find their official use policy (if it exists)?

Thank you for your help. ♥️
