Take it easy or keep grinding

I’m in a fortunate position where my rents coming in are meeting all my mortgage, expenses and bills. I’m top of that as a family my husband also gets to save nearly 3k per month.

I’ve had a 19 weeks pregnancy loss recently and been wanting to quit work. I feel like doing that would be short sighted and I should soldier on.. and finally quit when I’ve tried again, had hopefully a baby and then quit after taking maternity leave, hopefully building my buffers from 2 yrs (right now) to 4 yrs as well. (Buffers are on top of rent being able to meet all expenses..)

I feel like if I quit now I’d be irresponsible and since I’m the higher income earner (nearly double my husbands) I’d be setting us back as a family..

What would you do.
