I am planning on registering for the May 2027 exam for Level 1. I just purchased my Kaplan study package and the 2027 materials aren’t available until July. That’s all fine and understandable as they have to wait until May 5 to see what changes the CFAI are making. My frustration is that Kaplan doesn’t give any sort of material for me to start studying now. Inevitably there are going to be sections that don’t change or the changes are minimal (ethics, fixed income). What can I do between now and July to get my studying going so I’m not wasting 2.5 months waiting to get my Kaplan materials?
