Hey guys, I'm from tamil nadu, recently shifted to Uttar Pradesh cuz yk job. I recently had mutton here and it was very different... quite odd, i don't want to say it was bad, maybe I'm not used to it but the texture and taste were just not that of the mutton im used to eating. It was more gritty, i thought I was eating at the wrong restaurants, there are very few non veg restaurants here, my muslim friend got some for us, everyone else who was native here loved it... but it was still odd asf to me. I also had my mom cook it at home and it was still odd. So it's definitely something to do with the meat, not from where I've had it right? Can anyone explain this, is it like a different species they use cuz the goats look the same only to me.
