I've noticed that I rarely see anyone running HA on a Laptop which has a built in UPS, is there reason to prefer PCs?

Any with a G6 Entry (IP55) or any other Ubiquiti doorbell exposed to direct rainstorms? I've gone through 3 reolink doorbells that are rated IP65 but their microphones stop working every spring, luckily I get them from Amazon, easy to return and buy a new one. The Ubiquiti doorbells being more expense I'd expect them to be built better and withstand rainstorms.
