G'day, I'm sure this sub gets enough of these posts already, I just have a few questions before I try some Cambodian Gold shrooms while camping.

I tend to be a bit of a dosage freak when it comes to these kind of things, how many grams roughly would I want to take at around 55kg? I plan on making a tea of some sort with honey and ginger.

What kind of items/things should I bring? I'm gonna be tripping alone (My girlfriend will be sober and with me), all I've really been able to think of is a drawing book and texters.
