WHERE ARE THE DRIVERS
Hey everyone, I'm a drayage carrier in Chicago and I'm having a really tough time finding good drivers. I've tried everything – Facebook, Indeed, Craigslist, you name it. Most of the people applying have SAP designations or bad driving records. Any ideas on how to attract and keep top-notch drivers?
