How do I stop it. It hurts.
It’s been a year of this and every week I tell to myself it’s getting better something happens and I start picking again. This is the best my hands have been. There were days I couldn’t even get my hands wet they hurt so much. Then I decide I want to stop and there is a little skin sticking out so I decide to clean it and it turns to a 5 hour hand picking session.
