So, I got a 13 month 1-pay lease on a Kia but my lease is up and time to return , I called to ask them for return locations and they said I have another 2 years left on my lease and they can’t give me return location. I asked them to send me contract and my contact shows 13 month lease. So there’s an issue in their internal system where it’s not matching the contract.

Now what should I do in this case? I’ve called 3-4 times since and they tell me the same thing. I’m also 3 months over the due date now. Please help on next steps!
