First time purchasing from a TD (Lili)

Hi! Just looking to make sure I'm doing this correctly as this will be my first time ordering a watch from a TD(Lili). This is the number I used to reach her: +86 134 1406 1919.

So I placed an order for 2 watches, a datejust and a sub no date. She said it will take 2-3 days for QC. I just want to make sure if it's normal for a TD to ask for a full amount payment before sending QC?

Also, after I GL a watch, do I just send her my shipping address and just wait for the watches to appear at my doorstep? Lol

Sourcing an aftermarket/custom dial

Hi guys! I'm planning to get a Rolex 126200 rep. However, I really couldn't decide between the mint green or the bright blue version. So my plan is to get either the blue or green and then just buy a custom dial somewhere else just in case I change my mind after purchase.

My question is, where can I source a good quality custom dial for 126200? Either a bright blue or mint green. Any leads will be helpful!
