I used to do the Erdnase bottom deal and recently decided to switch to Madison's. Even though they use the same grip, the problem I'm facing (after a very short practice period) is that after dealing several cards, I find myself gripping with my index finger instead of my middle finger. The grip shifts to being held between the index finger and thumb instead of the middle finger and the palm of the hand.
