Hotel Chapter Roma?
We chose this hotel out of our travel agent’s suggestions, and it looks pretty decent, but wanted to see what others thought of it?
We’re only staying for a couple of nights as we’ll be boarding a cruise for the rest of our trip.

We’ve been manually tracking FMLA, state leave, etc, but our company has grown to ~400 full-time employees across 40+ states, plus a large temp workforce (anywhere from 10–1,000 depending on the project). These temp employees usually work only a few weeks to a month before being terminated.
We have an employer-paid STD benefit and are looking at implementing a leave management platform to help manage the increasing volume of leaves. Especially, with more and more states coming out with their state specific leave laws.
Our dilemma: we want to exclude temp workers from the leave management headcount because they really don’t get any benefits with the company and including them significantly increases platform costs. These employees are only eligible for medical after 90 consecutive days (which is rarely met due to the short assignment lengths). If we have longer-term temps who become eligible, we have no issue include them in leave tracking. Our STD carrier says they cannot be excluded.
We’re looking to schedule a meeting with our carrier and our employment benefits attorney, but before we do - are we perhaps missing something here, or is there a valid basis for excluding temporary employees from leave tracking?
My company is looking to refresh our rewards and milestone recognition program. At the moment, we provide monetary award amounts for employees celebrating years 1–10 of employment, and employees can choose either a gift card in that amount or an item through Sugarwish.
Current reward amounts:
As part of this refresh, we’re exploring moving to either Awardco or Bonusly as our official rewards and recognition platform, which would allow employees to choose from a broader range of reward options.
A few items I'm specifically looking to rebrand:
