what was the biggest mistake you made when you first started with kettlebells?

looking back, i probably spent too much time chasing harder workouts instead of getting better at the basic lifts. things improved once i focused more on quality and consistency.

what mistake stands out from when you first started? i'm curious what you would tell someone with a few months of kettlebell training if you could go back and do it again.
