Food Help with multiple cats
I have four cats, two with incredibly sensitive bellies. I purchased the Surefeed microchip feeder because I read you can use it with multiple cats. One of my cats with a sensitive belly will absolutely do everything in his power to push the other cats out of the way to get to their food when the bowl is open. I think either a feeder that allows two cats to eat from it and closes when an unauthorized cat comes by is ideal, or leaving it open and allowing the 2 non-sensitive cats to eat their food and closing it when the 2 sensitive cats are around would be best, but I am not sure. Is there a feeder that may be helpful that would allow two cats and ensure the two other cats to not use it? It would have to be microchip and not RFID - they do not like collars.
I have also considered confining the two non-sensitive cats food to one room and getting a microchip flap that only allows those two inside, but I would prefer not to since the only room available where it would work is a bathroom that we use often.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a feeder or a different solution?
