Hey guys, building my first SaaS and getting stuck at the basic setup. Need some quick suggestions:
- Domain: Where to buy a .com or .ai domain from? Need a good registrar with no hidden renewal charges.
- Support Email: I want to make a professional email id like support@mywebsite.com. Which service should I use to buy and host this?
- Ticketing system: When users mail on that support id, where do we actually see and manage it? I want a setup where user emails become "tickets" so I can track, reply, and solve their issues without getting confused. Are there any free or cheap apps for this?
