Anyone here looking for land around Jalpaiguri side for investment or commercial use?

There is a recent project near Bhramari Devi Mandir, Bodaganj, Jalpaiguri, near Gajoldoba.

So basically, I work from home and it’s been getting really boring lately. So I decided to try working from a cafe.

Yesterday, I went to Starbucks, and it was pretty quiet which was awesome. Maybe it’s because it was Monday. But their internet sucked.

Does anyone have recommendations for places where I can work and have a good vibe? I don’t know many people (even though I am from Siliguri lol), so I’m asking on Reddit.
