IDK WHAT IM DOING I NEED HELP
Okay, my bf and I are trying to save his childhood home, his dad never claimed his inheritance of the house from his mom so now I would have to go through probate I need a temporary form that can be in place before the end of the month my problem is idk if I need to worry about formatting or if that paper I have even works as a legal paper PLEASE HELP it won't let me link it so I hope simply copying it in is okay

AGREEMENT
The undersigned acknowledge that the above-described property remains recorded in the name of the deceased record owner and that the estate and legal title to the property have not yet been formally resolved or transferred.
The undersigned agree that, to the fullest extent of their respective lawful rights, title, claims, and interests in the property, they intend for their respective lawful interests in the property to be conveyed and transferred to:

To the extent that any undersigned party presently owns or possesses a legally transferable interest, right, title, or claim in the property, that party agrees to convey, assign, transfer, and release such lawful interest to the Intended New Owner to the fullest extent permitted by Mississippi law.
The undersigned further agree to cooperate in good faith and to execute any reasonable deed, affidavit, estate document, heirship document, or other legally necessary instrument required to establish and complete the lawful transfer of their respective interests to the Intended New Owner when legally able and authorized to do so.
CONSENT TO POSSESSION
The undersigned expressly consent to the Intended New Owner and the Intended New Owner's household occupying, possessing, maintaining, repairing, improving, insuring, and otherwise caring for the property while the estate, title, and ownership matters are being resolved.
The undersigned agree not to interfere with, obstruct, or revoke that consent to possession and occupancy, except as required by law or by a subsequent written agreement signed by the parties.
The undersigned further agree not to voluntarily sell, convey, assign, transfer, pledge, encumber, or otherwise dispose of any lawful interest they may have in the property to another person in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
TAXES, EXPENSES, AND PRESERVATION OF PROPERTY
The parties acknowledge that the Intended New Owner and/or the Intended New Owner's household may pay delinquent or current property taxes and may pay expenses necessary to preserve, protect, maintain, repair, insure, or improve the property.
Any payments made by the Intended New Owner and/or the Intended New Owner's household toward property taxes, insurance, utilities, repairs, maintenance, improvements, preservation, or other necessary property expenses shall not be considered a gift, donation, or voluntary contribution to any other party.
Such payments are being made for the purpose of preserving and maintaining the property and protecting the property from loss, deterioration, delinquency, or other expense.
The parties acknowledge that payment of taxes or other expenses does not, by itself, establish legal title; however, the parties expressly agree that such payments shall not be characterized as gifts to another party or used as evidence that the Intended New Owner voluntarily intended to give those amounts to another person.
NO CLAIM GREATER THAN LAWFUL INTEREST
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to represent that any party presently owns an interest greater than the interest legally belonging to that party.
Each party agrees that this Agreement applies only to whatever lawful interest, right, title, or claim that party may presently possess or may lawfully convey.
No party is representing or warranting that they individually hold complete legal title to the property.
AGREEMENT TO COMPLETE TRANSFER
The parties intend this Agreement to document their present agreement concerning the property and their commitment to cooperate in completing the lawful transfer of their respective interests to the Intended New Owner.
The parties agree that this Agreement shall remain in effect unless replaced, modified, or terminated by a subsequent written instrument signed by the parties whose interests are affected, or unless otherwise required by applicable law or court order.
The parties further agree that they will not knowingly take any voluntary action inconsistent with the transfer of their lawful interests to the Intended New Owner while this Agreement remains in effect.
To the extent permitted by law, the parties intend their obligations under this Agreement to be binding upon their respective heirs, successors, personal representatives, and assigns.
NO WAIVER OF LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
The parties acknowledge that this Agreement does not itself replace any deed, probate proceeding, estate proceeding, heirship determination, court order, or other legal requirement that may be necessary to establish or transfer legal title to the property.
The parties agree to comply with all applicable legal requirements necessary to complete the transfer.
Each party acknowledges that they are signing this Agreement voluntarily, without coercion or improper pressure, and for the purposes stated herein.
