Hi everyone. I've tried looking online and through this subreddit but I don't think I found the answers I'm looking for.

I'm very new to this and am mostly making beers using the coopers DIY tins with some changes here and there. I've bought the Draught kit and I'm wanting to make a beer with a nice bready aftertaste, similar to a Carlton draught (I'm from Melbourne).

I asked a guy in a homebrew shop a little while ago how I should go about this and he recommended trying bread yeast or a bit of wheat malt.

Just wanting to know if the yeast is is going to help achieve what I'm looking for. Any info helps, so thanks everyone in advance
