AP, the lucky-at-all-the-wrong-times khajiit. (Storytime)

I DM an Elder Scrolls TTRPG for two tables. In my main table there's a khajiit who causes 90% of the chaos in the table. He's almost always a bad roller during combat and important scenes, but he has *spice*. Roll to hit a bandit, and the player rolls 5 at most. He jumps on a counter and indimitates a shopkeeper? NAT20. Does that again like 20 sessions later? NAT20. Throws a cup to a random guy in peril's head? NAT20, also starts a bar fight before the party can finish their morning coffee.

Needless to say, they didn't finish (or even start) the bar guy's quest.

The joke is my secondary TTRPG table, where three characters (bosmer ranger, maormer mage, argonian assassin) who are all very skilled in lockpicking all failed an old, simple lock back to back to back, even though the maormer used her Tower birthsign power (she rolled a nat 1 with it. In my system it increases the roll by 10, but isn't a guaranteed success). The bosmer ended up destroying the lock with his mace. Doors are the real boss battles.

By the eight the beard really doesn't work in the meme format. He looks like a D&D hobgoblin for Auri-El's sake. Also he's probably standing on a stool like the short king he is.
