How do deal with extreme pangs of loneliness? I have been a loner all my life and recently realized it will not work this way, so I have tried to change myself, making new friendship and all. But the thing is I don't know how to form a real connection and everything feels so superficial. Is anyone here going through same thing and How do i cope with this feeling?

Where can I learn to play guitar? If anyone from here have recently or in past learned from any institutions or personal coach, help me out.
