Can someone help, I've had this as a consistent issue for months. i haven't been able to play in a long time and I'm hoping i can finally get this fixed. "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". I've tried running as admin, reinstalling the game, and verifying file integrity. i have no idea what to do anymore. More information, it happens when i open the launcher and press play to load the client. It'll spend a moment trying to launch the game, that's when that error message pops up.
