Hit $12M ARR and I completely hate my life right now
We just crossed the $12M mark but our NRR completely flatlined this quarter. Churn is eating us alive because my customer success team is asleep at the wheel. I’m spending 14 hours a day firefighting churn instead of steering the ship. I built a machine that’s suffocating me and I can’t even enjoy the win.
