I'm on a diet, but work is really on one today. The only answer is cheese, which means I gotta have the accoutrements right?

Brie, Taleggio, sardine pate with a little Franks, polish dills, on lemon sea salt crackers with a Dirty Dew Zero. With some mini chocolate bars I also got at the cheese shop, impulse when I bought the cheese and paté.

I enjoy this smooth paté, it definitely is a bit plain but that allows for greater applications. You can put a hit of lemon and salt, some spice if you prefer, or just schmear on buttered toast. Just beware as your breath will be kicking after this.

Been enjoying finding new uses for this stuff, a little goes a long way.

Made tomato feta pasta, mixed in two spoonfuls after baking the tomatoes and feta for about 50mins at 400F. The tangy feta really went great with this, I wish I made another batch.

I also put a schmear on my leftover Magherita pizza! Added some leftover sliced onion and it was a hit.
