I'm 27 (M) and need career guidance. Been in the corporate for like ~5 years and now pondering an what I should actually do?

27 M, due to financial distress, after my graduation (Bsc(H) CS) I had to start working right away and the only way to get the money super fast was going to sales because due to I had very less time.

Started my career as a sales caller in one of the call centres.

Then moved to Airtel Calling to promoted to Airtel Global Sales.

Then I moved to an adtech comany and I have been there like 3+ years but now they have put in PIP and I was thinking to move out from this and do something I love and can make a hell of a money.

I see redditor my age and make a ton lot of money than me. I'm yet to get to the 50K pm slab but I see people doing 2x of what I'm doing. I'm making 42K/month and it feels so low.

I'm really thinking so hard on this and thinking that I should do content instagram/youtube around gym gaming. Idk, maybe its just that I'm uncertain what I want to do. I'm also bread earning my family of 5 so steps like these feels like a big risk.

While I'm on pip I want to revisit how I can make a shit load money in my next thing I do. Any advise on courses, certificates or anything that can help. please tell me.

I'm putting my ego aside and asking here as a fellow person in distress.

Help a fellow out here pls.

Current Cibil: 785

Monthly Spends: 30-35K, Salaried : 50K/m

Told I would need the best card there is on benefits I see right away (CB, Movies) LTF or FYF only. Also, pointed out that I need 3 cards and all three should be covering my most of the expenses. Shopping / Dining (Offline or Online), Utilities, UPI Payments, Movies and minimal lounge benefits in the future. Additionally, pointed out that I need 1-2 card that must have better future upgrade line as well. (Like HDFC Miln - Diners club or Regalia etc.)

Both LLMs suggested - SBI Cashback + HDFC Millenia.

I applied for both and got SBI and also getting HDFC in a week or two.

I have a few question to debate on..

  1. Good / Ugly / or Bar? How do you guys rate it of 10 and why?

  2. Also, which 3rd card to take?

  3. Or What could I have done better in this, why am I asking this is because I think lounge access is just a trap trying to lure consumer into buying pricey cards. For me, I travel really rarely so wanted to get cards that gives me value right away.
